Stephanie Mitchell serves as a Principal at Charvat Consulting, where she brings over two decades of extensive experience as a Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Professional. Her profound expertise spans across a diverse range of industries.

Stephanie is dedicated to supporting client relationships and providing tailored solutions to address challenges, achieve objectives, and support the overall success of client organizations, while ensuring alignment with goals, culture and industry standards.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with specializations in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology and Accounting, which she earned from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania. Her professional designations include Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) accredited by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certified by the Plan Sponsor Council of America.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys gardening and exploring the great outdoors with her family. She is also a passionate supporter of local animal rescue organizations.
